Can we see this in extra repos ? m17n is very crucial for many non-latin Asian & European languages for accurate pronunciation. ibus & ibus-m17n I guess are managed by the same team now.
What about merging m17n into ibus ? It's even better approach than above. Because you don't need a separate package for m17n.
