For those who want to use it. I've taken the liberty to adopt and update this in line with the Fedora37 Upstream.

Does not compile with gcc10. Fedora has a patch available in: http://mirror.karneval.cz/pub/linux/fedora/linux/development/rawhide/Everything/source/tree/Packages/i/ibutils-1.5.7-34.fc33.src.rpm

Updated for the tcl/tk 8.6 library dependency. Thank you for the heads-up!

Looks like tcl and tk 8.6 causes the configure to fail; fix is to add the following to the configure in build(): --with-tk-lib=/usr/lib/libtk8.6.so --with-tcl-lib=/usr/lib/libtcl8.6.so Thanks for maintaining the package, twinshadow.

"tk" should be added as a dependency, configure will not succeed otherwise.
