This package uses unofficial binaries from
icecatbrowser.org. Arch Linux is sufficiently different from Fedora/Red Hat that rpm binaries may not work.Before flagging out-of-date, check that new binaries are available for download.
Avoid flagging and commenting at the same time for the same issue.
