The upstream debian package has been deprecated. Use icewm-extra-themes package on AUR instead.

icewm-themes.orig.tar.gz is no longer available on Debian's link above. I was able to get the package to work just fine after editing the PKGBUILD by changing line 13 from Debian's link to this one: "source=(http://ftp.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/ubuntu/pool/universe/i/icewm-themes/icewm-themes_$pkgver.orig.tar.gz)"
