aha, I guess you meant the 'eblan-browser', which is a thin Python wrapper making use of the qt5-webengine to do 99.998% of the work, well, can't be that hard just to adapt the python code. I would actually port it to qt6-webengine directly if I were you..

"шоб ты сдох я иза тебя переписываю еблан браузер"
"I wish you were dead, I'm rewriting the fucking browser because of you"
(If that's what I'm getting from Google translate, please watch your language)
What do you mean by that? Realize, that dropping Qt5 is a decision from upstream, rebuilding certain packages takes time, icu76 is just there to keep packages alive which cannot be rebuilt fast enough. This time I made an icu76 package because I needed qmc2 to be rebuilt fast, so I made qt5-webengine happy with an icu76 shim package. The situation is solved now, as qt5-webengine rebuilds fine with icu 78.
icu76 is also needed on Archlinux32 to keep packages working, because certain software will not or cannot be rebuilt, at least you can run it with the shim package.
Also, AUR packagers are not writing the software, they merely package it for convenience..
