My PKGBUILD pulls from Lauchpad, but it uses the Ubuntu version. I'm not sure why the Launchpad version is at 12.10.2 and the Ubuntu version is at 13.10.0, but I know that it works on Arch. My guess is that 12.10.2 is the latest stable, with development being in the newer Ubuntu distributions. Would you like to use my PKGBUILD, or do you want to wait until Launchpad updates to a newer version?

I see nothing related to 13.10.0 on Launchpad. I'd appreciate the PKGBUILD, if you've found source for 13.10.0. Thanks.

I am in the process of updating all the required files for lightdm-unity-greeter. Ido needs to be updated to 13.10.0, and I already have a PKGBUILD for it. I can send you the files I have if you'd like.

Why is this package flagged out-of-date? Launchpad still shows ido at version 12.10.2.

Thanks man! :)

Well, I don't really want to hear about Canonical indicators anymore, but since wingpanel can be built again and needs ido, I guess I can add it back to my git repo. Should be in there soon.

Hi alucryd,

Why can't I find this package in your git? :)

I'm dropping this as its not currently being used by Unity and the Unity stack is so large I don't have time to maintain superfluous packages.

Updated to use Xiao-Long Chen's daily build source. If you need something newer then use ido-bzr.

Chazza commented on 2014-03-31 13:18

Hi all. I've removed the out of date flag because it is incorrect. iod 12.10.2 is the latest release tarball. I've recently updated the ido-bzr package so if you need a newer version of ido please try using that instead. Cheers.
