ifuse-git will be installed under the /usr/local. I think it's desirable to installed under the /usr. And it doesn't conflicts with ifuse package of official repo. It means that ifuse package will be installed duplicately. The patch is following link: https://gist.github.com/naoina/6399088

Updated usbmuxd-git, libiphone-git, and ifuse-git. If you've been having issues with any of these packages lately, I suggest building the newest version available on AUR. The usbmuxd development was handed over to somebody else, and the libiphone-git/ifuse-git repositories got moved. All repositories have been updated, and I'm uploading the new source package right now. @linfan - The patch files should no longer be necessary. Give it another shot. @ostin - Should work now, repositories are once again accurate.
