As of igv 2.17.0, upstream is now compiling with Java 17, so you can uninstall Java 11 now if you have no other use for it, e.g. sudo pacman -Rns jre11-openjdk jre11-openjdk-headless.

No, it still fails… I'm not sure why I'm getting different checksums than you. The other files are fine. In this case the sha512sum that I get is: c8def08de0e209e84a39fd07f53345d1a48a1d01974cf9a5bc2c0cc888bd96cc78cc53d6877c50a0aa7090ed2fe5c07164283ae81f4a98c3f15bba75d476e7e9 and the md5sum is 3c62daf14f37834e0624410b7401182b

I switched to sha512 sums, does that work for you?

I'm getting errors with IGV_2.3.93.zip not passing the checksum test. I tried three times. Is anyone else getting this?

I get an error message on my system, when trying to run the tool: /usr/bin/igv: line 3: / 3: Syntax error: Operator expected. (Error causing letter is \"/ 3\").
