daersc, could you pick up package and make proposed changes?

I found two issues in the PKGBUILD

- Last line of package()
inadyn.conf is installed in mode 644 but this file contains sensitive information. It should better being installed in mode 600 to prevent other users to read this file.

- installing the package failed due to '/usr/sbin already exists' error
On my machine, /usr/sbin is a symlink to /usr/bin and pacman can install files only in 'real' directories (see
So you should pass '--sbindir=/usr/bin' when calling 'make'

I don't use `inadyn` anymore; disowning the package. Feel free to pick it up :)

Adopted and updated to 1.99.4

There are some newer versions available on GitHub, however they aren't tagged so they are no tarballs to use. I suggest you use inadyn-fork-git if you want them.

Anyway, I'm disowning this package for now since I no longer use it.

Added it, thanks.

Perhaps the following systemd unit file could be added:

Description=Inadyn dns service updater

patroclo7, I stop using this package. You can take over and maintain it.
