every rule is missing a parenthesis in the same place:

change:
&& subject.active {

to:
&& subject.active) {

Did you rewrite the polkit rules?

I have a couple of packages which are named polkit, I think I have all of them installed... thanks by the way, what do you think I could do?

The dependency libappindicator3 should be updated to libappindicator-gtk3

Note: The systemd service looks for throttle in /usr/local/sbin/throttle

This is intended; the default throttle script may need modifications for your hardware (exceptions for keyboards/mice, etc).

Once you have a customized script in /usr/local/sbin/throttle, this package will not install the default one at /usr/bin/throttle.

How to make exceptions for USB devices:

Update!
-All external tools are now optional; missing tools will be skipped over.
-Option stacking works as advertised (among other code improvements).
-Better option style: "option setting" eg "ht on" The old style still works too, ie "ht-on" as still used by indicator-powersave, and all options can take {performance,powersave}.
-Throttle cut systemd service: throttle-cut.service (disabled by default)

Update: added ENERGY_PERF_BIAS setting to throttle cut/full

This intel-only is set by x86_energy_perf_policy, which requires suid.

Todo: to depends() or optdepends(), that is the question:
nvidia-utils
xf86_energy_perf_policy
hdparm
iw
ethtool

I'd rather optdepends(), but that means bash improvements in throttle (if missing executables, then throw a "not installed" warning, else run executables)

Can confirm that the fix works. Thanks!
