Upstream's last stable release, 1.51c was made in 2019.

As it depends on the nonexistent libbloom, it cannot be built.

Users are advised to switch to iortcw-git, because the master branch is still actively developed, and that code doesn't depend on missing libraries.

was able to install this with pamac with my own gog setup exe by changing the pkgbuild of rtcw-data-gog as follows:
from: 

source=("setup_${_pkgname}_${_build}.exe::gog://setup_${_pkgname}_${_build}.exe"
        'rtcw-help.patch')

to: 

source=("setup_${_pkgname}_${_build}.exe::file:///path/to/your/setup_return_to_castle_wolfenstein.exe"
        'rtcw-help.patch')
