Package checksum failed again, Epson seems to really like meddling with their own packages.

@albacore thanks for info. I will check and update this build.

albacore commented on 2020-11-02 20:36

It looks like Epson is updating packages without updating version number, so in my case I was able to install this driver by cloning it locally and updating md5 sum, after downloading proper package from Epson webpage.

After editing the PKGBUILD file, the rpm from here worked for me: http://support.epson.net/linux/en/iscan.php?model=perfection-v550&version=2.30.4

Please update this package. It fails downloading the plugin. File Not Found.

snakeroot commented on 2018-02-15 15:29

This fails with a "403 Forbidden" error when trying to download from Fedora.

Scimmia commented on 2016-11-22 02:54

Why is this extracting the source a second time? makepkg already does it for you.

donato.jun commented on 2016-01-01 13:10

Updated the package source... Should now work

whiteblinder commented on 2015-12-19 19:29

Package is not installing. New PKGBUILD might need more tweaking... :-)
