Package updated. Added needed symlinks to older libraries, not provided from official packages. Properly removed utf8 from LANG variable in order to make run setup5250 and ibm5250.

First package release with IBM iSeries Access 5.4. You must provide the rpm packages from the IBM website which are not redistributable. Just put them in the same folder of the PKGBUILD or they will be asked (from a zenity window, so be aware to have a graphical environment if you want to be asked for the files). Commands provided from this package: cwbcopwr, cwbping, cwbrunsql, cwbtrc, ibm5250, rmtcmd, rmtodbc, setup5250
