I've built a package containing all firmware files from the prism54 wiki page: https://aur4.archlinux.org/packages/p54-firmware/

Thanks!

doragasu: Fixed in pkgrel 6.

Doesn't build: $ makepkg ==> ERROR: Missing package() function in /home/jalon/src/aur/isl3887usb-firmware/PKGBUILD

New pkgrel: It appears the SSL cert for Daemonizer.de is fixed, so I removed the DLAGENTS line so the cert is checked again.

Package updated to work around daemonizer.de forcing a self-signed cert.

Fails with "curl: (60) SSL certificate problem: unable to get local issuer certificate More details here: http://curl.haxx.se/docs/sslcerts.html" If anyone needs it before it is fixed, run cd /lib/firmware sudo wget http://daemonizer.de/prism54/prism54-fw/fw-usb/2.13.25.0.lm87.arm -O isl3887usb --no-check-certificate

Looks like this got abandoned.. I'll adopt this, since I still use some of these P54 dongles.

The PKGBUILD won't install isl3887usb to /usr/lib/firmware, I assume due to the deprecated $startdir/pkg in build(). I'm not sure why, but in any case, it works fine by modifying it to $pkgdir. So the changed build() is: build() { mkdir -p $pkgdir/usr/lib/firmware/ install -m644 * $pkgdir/usr/lib/firmware/isl3887usb } I've also created a PKGBUILD for isl3886usb, I'll post through the regular channels.
