I marked this PKGBUILD out of date. Please see the comments on https://aur.archlinux.org/packages/iv-cli

I asked kenshaw, the developer and maintainer of "iv-cli" to also adopt "iv-cli-bin

I also suspect this PKGBUILD was abandoned and was adopted by an account related to the AUR malware attaccks.
