In case someone wants to build this version before there is a package update, you can find the compressed tarball with same md5sum in the Debian repository:

You can simply change the source entry as quick workaround:

In order to build from github, change source and md5sum to following:

source=("${pkgname}/archive/${pkgver}.tar.gz") md5sums=('3aac87202db625ab691c8d9d8b828604')

… and call ./ before running ./configure, because the script isn't present in the repositories.

I made an example gist for an updated PKGBUILD with github as source (didn't update the package url after pkgdesc):

Gna is down, most likely a long term thing:

The program doesn't remember any preference change. When I uncheck, for example, the “minimize to system tray” checkbox, the setting isn't applied and the mixer continue to use the system tray on the next start.

What's the reason of this? How can the issue be resolved?

In order the program to save the preferences, the python2-gconf package should be installed.

Please change the dependencies python-fpconst to python2-fpconst and python-gconf to python2-gconf.

Sorry for the delay. Have merged and tested speps changes. Thanks!

Would like to see this updated if possible... wish to try it out, but also wish to wait until the maintainer adopts speps additions to a working degree. Can anyone else confirm whether speps PKGBUILD and .install files work? Not to say that they don't, but just looking for confirmation before I get into the great building process... Thanks in advance!

Hi, this package needs the be adapted to the great python rebuild.

Here is a working PKGBUILD --> (python2 + depends + options + schemas fixes)
Also the missing .install --> (desktop database + icon cache updates)

Feel free to adopt, greet Hong Kong from me;)
