As Gluon version is a quite different from Oracle, there is new package:
This one will be deleted after some time.

How about using the builds from These are up-to-date builds, unlike the version provided by Oracle. They have decided that they are not going to update it anymore.

I tried to install scenebuilder today but it does not build anymore. The download of the .tar.gz does not succeed (it gets redirected to to indicate that the download is only possible upon accepting the OTN license terms).

Also, this only works with 'jdk', not with openjdk, so you can replace the dependence on java-runtime with 'jdk'
