As Gluon version is a quite different from Oracle, there is new package: https://aur.archlinux.org/packages/scenebuilder-bin/
This one will be deleted after some time.

How about using the builds from http://gluonhq.com/products/downloads/? These are up-to-date builds, unlike the version provided by Oracle. They have decided that they are not going to update it anymore. http://stackoverflow.com/questions/28808130/where-exactly-can-i-download-the-latest-version-of-scene-builder-for-java

Hi, I think that we are duplicating efforts here :) https://aur.archlinux.org/packages/javafx-scene-builder/
Myabe we should "merge" these two packages?

Fixed. It was a little surprise from pacman 4.2.0, details here: https://bugs.archlinux.org/task/43304?project=3

I tried to install scenebuilder today but it does not build anymore. The download of the .tar.gz does not succeed (it gets redirected to http://download.oracle.com/errors/download-fail-1505220.html to indicate that the download is only possible upon accepting the OTN license terms).

It's a binary version - no deps, no build pain etc.

Download is not working anymore, as it has moved to this page:

Also, this only works with 'jdk', not with openjdk, so you can replace the dependence on java-runtime with 'jdk'
