emacs-elib is orphaned, and jde is the only package currently dependent on it. So both packages probably should be maintained by the same person.

OK, I know. But it's rather a general information as the package itself isn't outtated, it seems to be JDEE-specific. Probably need to downgrade CEDET.

I can no longer maintain this package as I no long use Arch.

Doesn't work now as current version of JDEE needs an older version of CEDET (1.0.0) than is in repo (1.0.1). Any workarounds?

StefanHusmann, do you want to take over the package? If so, great! If not, I can disown the package if you think it would be best for the community. I now have access to an Arch machine, but I've given in and have just started using Eclipse for my Java needs. It would probably be better to have an active JDEE user maintain the package. Let me know what you think.

Fixed the line endings. I am not sure how that happened since I do not even own a Windows machine.

The PKGBUILD contains CRLF characters and cannot be sourced.
I use the following trick
sed -i 's/^M//' PKGBUILD
and finally get it installed.
