Managed to get the -bin package up btw, if you're interested: https://aur.archlinux.org/packages/jfrog-cli-bin/

Ah, thanks for the heads up. I tested it out with replaces and it auto-removed the old one for me but I also build and push all AUR packages to a private pacman repo and install them that way. I'll push a fix for it.

I think you'll need to add conflicts=('jfrog-cli-go') as well as replaces. I tried installing this and got an error on installation:

(1/1) checking for file conflicts                                                   [################################################] 100%
error: failed to commit transaction (conflicting files)
jfrog-cli: /usr/bin/jfrog exists in filesystem (owned by jfrog-cli-go)
Errors occurred, no packages were upgraded.
==> WARNING: Failed to install built package(s).

With conflicts added you instead get this:

==> Installing package jfrog-cli with pacman -U...
loading packages...
resolving dependencies...
looking for conflicting packages...
:: jfrog-cli and jfrog-cli-go are in conflict. Remove jfrog-cli-go? [y/N]

Yeah, I agree that the AUR package should be called jfrog-cli. I believe the upstream repo used to be called jfrog-cli-go which is why the name is like it is. I'll work on getting this renamed.

@jhenson I would prefer jfrog-cli, as that is the name of the GitHub repository.

I thought about publishing a binary package as an option to this, just as an FYI. Changing the name would be great, jfrog-cli-go-bin is a tongue-twister.

Does anyone who uses this package have any objection to renaming the binary in this package to jfrog? Upstream refers to the command as just jfrog in their documentation[1] so I'd like this package to match.
