Great :-)

Right now I've tried to install jlink with pamac again on another machine (where Arch is installed instead of Manjaro) and I got the same error. I assume that there's something wrong with pamac like the not updated database you mentioned below. I've no clue what could be the reason for it. However, I've now installed yaourt and with it I've also installed jlink successfully without any trouble.

I don't know how pamac works as there are so many AUR package manager out there, each having its own issues. I had to include a workaround in Ozone PKBUILD specially for yay (IIRC), but don't intend to do so for every package manager.
I personally stick still on yaourt, even if it is not maintained, as it seems to me the most stable one.

The last system update and also AUR installs (pamac) I took today, few minutes ago, so I don´t believe that the database is outdated. But now I've installed the three packages separately without any trouble. I don't know what will the reason for this issue.

This package is a meta package for three tools : 'jlink-software-and-documentation' 'ozone' and 'jlink-systemview'. As fas as I know it doesn't need to be updated, as every tool is actively maintained on a daily basis.
As for your error about jlink-software-and-documentation, your database is probably not updated as current version is 6.88c

This package seems to be outdated, the last update was nearly 3.5 years ago. :( Another point is that this package contain obviously only the package jlink-software-and-documentation (27:6.72e-0) and the build of it fails.
I got this output during installation:
