Could you please add 'armv7h' to the arch line? It builds just fine on my Raspberry Pi 2 :)

Most probably it builds just fine for armv6h too (e.g. Raspberry Pi 1), but I cannot confirm...

reporting: slow, but works with my Wiko Rainbow.

disregard previous comment, solved by rebooting the phone.

Getting some strange behaviour with my Moto G 2nd gen. jmtpfs was working fine until I attempted to install gvfs-mtp (which automounted the device but wouldn't let me write to it, I have since removed gvfs-mtp, and rebooted system) but now whever I mount with jmtpfs and try to write to a subdirectory of the SD Card I get an input/output error. The device is unlocked.
Oddly enough I can write to the root of the SD Card, and subdirectories of the Internal Storage, but not subdirectories of the SD Card. The permissions look normal in subdirectories.
journalctl is showing the following errors when jmtpfs mounts if it's of any relevance:
org.gtk.Private.UDisks2VolumeMonitor[452]: disc.c:332: error opening file BDMV/index.bdmv
org.gtk.Private.UDisks2VolumeMonitor[452]: disc.c:332: error opening file BDMV/BACKUP/index.bdmv
jmtpfs itself displays the following when mounting the device:
Unable to open ~/.mtpz-data for reading, MTPZ disabled.
Device 0 (VID=22b8 and PID=2e82) is a Motorola Moto G (ID2).
Android device detected, assigning default bug flags

@alexander: pkg-config is part of base-devel group. So it won't be added as a dependency

alexander commented on 2015-03-09 20:02

This package misses the dependency on pkg-config.

There is the man page in Ubuntu for this program -

Ahh, you're fast. I was just about to delete my comment. It seems this is a problem with Pacman 4.2 ;).

TamCore commented on 2015-01-09 14:39

@andy_0: Maybe you shouldn't run makepkg as root? :)

andy_0 commented on 2015-01-09 14:37

Compilation fails with error message: "Invalid option '--asroot'".

More or less, yes. At the current state of development both packages build exact the same binaries. But if you prefer stable versions, you should stick to my package. His would rebuild (if you're using for ex. yaourt) every time the upstream repo changes.

Kakashi-sensei commented on 2014-01-28 10:30

Thanks! Although, I'm confused...isn't jmtpfs-git essentially a clone of this package?

That sed line belongs in a separate prepare() function. Also, this is personal preference, but all those functions start in $srcdir, you don't need to include it in the `cd` lines if you don't want.

All the best,

TamCore commented on 2013-04-15 14:40

Fixed. Thanks!

sirocco commented on 2013-04-15 05:54

Please add
cd "${srcdir}/${pkgname}-${pkgver}"
to package()

TamCore commented on 2013-04-14 15:45

Adopted the package and corrected the md5sum :)

The source URL is still dead.

This is in desperate need of a mirror, I can't even download the file to see if this works for me or not.
