Apparently the Java dependency must be Java 8 or 9. jprofiler 10.1-2 will not start and return with JDK 10 installed:

The version of the JVM must be at least 1.8 and at most 9.

==> Validating source files with sha256sums... jprofiler_linux_10_0.tar.gz ... FAILED jprofiler.desktop ... Passed ==> ERROR: One or more files did not pass the validity check! ==> ERROR: Makepkg was unable to build jprofiler. I cannot install the package because of this failing validation. If I can help fix the issue or provide more info do not hesitate to contact me.
