@h8red - it's notebook cpu and notebook don't have any overclock tools\utils in bios. I saw on youtube video with overclock this cpu and read about this software

I am not sure that k10ctl can work correctly with e2-3000m. But I think you can try to use BIOS utils for oveclock.

Invalid PCI configuration space, modprobe esr not help.

It's old closed-source utility for old AMD CPUs. I've already refused using it on my Phenom CPUs on latest Linux kernels.
