Can you please add cmake as a makedepend? It will not build without it.

Fixed the mupdf link. Also, 2.17a is a Windows-only bug fix, so it's exactly the same as this one. Thanks

mupdf needs to be taken from http://mupdf.com/downloads/archive/mupdf-1.4-source.tar.gz , as the current URL (without the `archive` bit) results in a 404 response.
