@vchimishuk 'kbdd-git/src/kbdd/src/dbus' exists and is accessible (755) Its file listing is: ---------------------------- dbus-test.c kbdd-marshal.list kbdd-service-glue.h kbdd-service-interface.xml Makefile Makefile.am Makefile.in m-kbdd-service.c m-kbdd-service.h ---------------------------- I can even issue 'make kbdd-service-glue.h' and it will work.

@Yegorius, cannot find a way to fix. > make all-recursive > make[1]: Entering directory '/home/aries/archlinux/pkgbuild/kbdd-git/src/kbdd' > Making all in src > make[2]: Entering directory '/home/aries/archlinux/pkgbuild/kbdd-git/src/kbdd/src' > make[3]: Entering directory '/home/aries/archlinux/pkgbuild/kbdd-git/src/kbdd/src' It uses src dir two times instead of dbus. Could you check 'kbdd-git/src/kbdd/src/dbus' directory. Doest it exists, have correct permissions, contains Makefile inside?

Original build log: http://termbin.com/q2ef "make kbdd-service-glue.h" successfully creates the header file. If I then run "makepkg -e" the build still fails, but with another error: http://termbin.com/fuwe

@Yegorius, could you paste (on some pastebin service) your full build log, please? Also, after build fails you can cd into src/kbdd/src/dbus and run make kbdd-service-glue.h to check the right place. Show also its output, please. Thanks.

Doesn't compile for me with this error: kbdd.c:39:36: fatal error: dbus/kbdd-service-glue.h: No such file or directory #include "dbus/kbdd-service-glue.h" It seems that this line dbus-binding-tool --mode=glib-server --prefix=${DBUS_PREFIX} $< > $@ in "src/dbus/Makefile.am" does not produce "dbus/kbdd-service-glue.h"

Hi vchimishuk, Sorry, again missed mistake in sed - version should not start with letter. Corrected: git describe --long --tags | sed 's/^v//;s/\([^-]*-g\)/r\1/;s/-/./g' Also please set pkgver=0.7.1.r7.g9dca0b7 or it will keep trying to update it every time.

Hi vchimishuk, could you please update the package, new version is out. Also automake --add-missing || echo "Automake errors ignored" can be replaced with autoheader automake --add-missing and pkgver should be pkgver() { cd "${srcdir}/${_gitname}" git describe --long --tags | sed 's/\([^-]*-g\)/r\1/;s/-/./g' } in previous comment sed is incorrect.

Hi, PKGBUILD is missing a number of fields: provides=('kbdd') conflicts=('kbdd') Also perhaps pkgver should be 0.7.20.g47dee02 or just 0.7.20 - can be auto set using function like this one pkgver() { cd "${srcdir}/kbdd" git describe --long --tags | sed -e 's:v::' -e 's/-/./g' } https://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/VCS_package_guidelines#The_pkgver.28.29_function
