I need to install this package on my manjaro via pacman

It's just a package rename right now. There's no point keeping the old name.

I see. I'd personally like to stay on the base packages if possible, but when I try to update packages, it asks for all 40+ packages:

:: Starting full system upgrade...
:: Replace attica with extra/attica5? [Y/n] n
:: Replace kactivities with extra/kactivities5? [Y/n] n
:: Replace karchive with extra/karchive5? [Y/n] n
:: Replace kauth with extra/kauth5? [Y/n] n
:: Replace kbookmarks with extra/kbookmarks5? [Y/n] n
:: Replace kcmutils with extra/kcmutils5? [Y/n] n
:: Replace kcodecs with extra/kcodecs5? [Y/n] n
:: Replace kcompletion with extra/kcompletion5? [Y/n] n
:: Replace kconfig with extra/kconfig5? [Y/n] n
:: Replace kconfigwidgets with extra/kconfigwidgets5? [Y/n] n
:: Replace kcontacts with extra/kcontacts5? [Y/n] n
:: Replace kcoreaddons with extra/kcoreaddons5? [Y/n]

And if I do say no to each one, it fails to even update any packages because of conflicts between the existing package and the extra package despite me saying I do not want to replace the package...

:: karchive5 and karchive are in conflict. Remove karchive? [y/N] n
error: unresolvable package conflicts detected
error: failed to prepare transaction (conflicting dependencies)
:: karchive5 and karchive are in conflict (karchive<5.111)

It also still asks for each package again if I try to update again...

Looks like planning to switch to qt6, kf6, or something else.

Does anyone know why Antonio Rojas is trying to make replacements for all the KDE frameworks in the extras repo? For example: https://archlinux.org/packages/extra/x86_64/kcoreaddons5/ In the past day, they have made replacements for at least 40 of these packages.

Please remove the obsolete sip4 make dependency.

Doesn't build anymore.

CMake Error at /usr/lib/cmake/Qt6DBus/Qt6DBusMacros.cmake:86 (qt5_add_dbus_interface):
Unknown CMake command "qt5_add_dbus_interface".
Call Stack (most recent call first):
src/lib/CMakeLists.txt:99 (qt_add_dbus_interface)

Need to add -DQT_DEFAULT_MAJOR_VERSION=6 CMake option to build now.

@desaparecido I can't get the sip bindings to build with sip6, it just skips them :/

@unidan Thank you, but I'm looking for a solution (hopefully upstream) that allows us to still keep the sip bindings, if possible
