kwinft 5.27 has not been tested to work or build with qt6. Unfortunately until kwin 5.28 releases your only options are to use either the git packages or the fdbuild system recently released.

Missing qt5-sensors, kcmutils, kirigami2, and plasma-framework to build in a clean chroot
