dependency python-pyngrok is currently not compiling, this will update when it's fixed

Deps python-bcrypt, python-pysocks and python-websockets are likely not needed.

i modified the depends to remove a lot of what is not identified by requirements.txt, please mark out of date with details of missing depends if you find any

@hartzie looks like this was fixed in aiortc 1.9.0; so I just flagged python-aiortc for an update

keeper seems to need paramiko_expect. Can't find it as a python package so far. breaking system packages with pip3 can satisfy it but than it starts complaining about av with the version: av<12.0.0,>=9.0.0. Current version of python-av is on 12.0 something.

Working on it, the package builds fine, but now it needs KSM to run, which will need to be a separate package in AUR.
