This should be building from source, what's the difference with kerminal-bin?

The naming scheme usually goes:

{pkgname} = stable release, build from source
{pkgname}-git = latest git commit, build from source
{pkgname}-bin = stable release, use prebuilt binary

also, I can't help but notice that you have not declared any dependencies
