Hello again!
First of all, thanks for finding time to maintain the package again. :)
Anyway, I upgraded my 901 to 2GB RAM today, and kernel-eepc-901 3.0 only sees 1GB. Bios, kernel26 and kernel-netbook all see 2GB. Any way to fix that or is that some 3.0 thing?

Bump to version 2.6.36.
Pre-compiled package:
http://bitbucket.org/zodmaner/eeepc-901/downloads/kernel-eeepc-901-2.6.36-1-i686.pkg.tar.xz
Note: With this kernel, the rt2800pci driver have finally mature enough to properly replace old and buggy rt2860sta staging driver. The wireless signal strength is now working properly, so people who use Wicd no longer need to set "Use dBm to measure signal strength". Also, the wireless seems to have work better in general now. I've able to connect to many wireless hotspots that I can't connect to in the past even with the old rt2860sta driver. So enjoy. :)
@gaougalos: Could you provide patches for both aufs2 and squashfs-lzma? I won't be incorporate both patches into this package, as I like to keep everything as vanilla as possible, but I could look into create a new package that contained the patches for you.

Found the issue, the database file for the top mirror was out of date, after adding your mirror to the top, it pulled the database from that server and found the package. Thanks for your help.
Anonymous comment
@wry; Which United States mirror are you using?
Anyway try switch to mirror in other country. For example, switch to the one I'm using from France: ftp://mir1.archlinux.fr/archlinux/$repo/os/$arch. It definitely contain the package.
Anonymous comment
@wry: Also, you might be using an out-of-date mirror. Try to switch your mirror and refresh your pacman database.
Anonymous comment
@wry: linux-firmware package is currently in both Core and Testing repository:
http://www.archlinux.org/packages/search/?q=linux-firmware
Please check your pacman.conf file for any mistake and make sure that your pacman database is up-to-date.

* Add linux-firmware as a dependency
Pre-compiled package:
http://bitbucket.org/zodmaner/eeepc-901/downloads/kernel-eeepc-901-2.6.34-1-i686.pkg.tar.xz
Note:
Switch back to stable kernel after I've found out that rt2860sta driver in 2.6.34 kernel is now also required firmware in order to function. Might switch back to rt2800pci driver in the future, but for now it's back to our good old rt2860sta again.

Bump to version 2.6.35-rc1.
* Switch from rt2860sta to rt2800pci driver
* Add linux-firmware as a dependency
Pre-compiled package:
http://bitbucket.org/zodmaner/eeepc-901/downloads/kernel-eeepc-901-2.6.35_rc1-1-i686.pkg.tar.xz
Note:
Sorry for yet another delay. As you might have known, rt2860sta driver was deprecated with the release of 2.6.34 kernel, prompting us to switch to use rt2800pci driver. Which is good because rt2800pci driver is in an active development and are continuously improving (unlike rt2860sta driver, which seems to have stagnated).
The problem is that the rt2800pci driver in 2.6.34 kernel doesn't appears to work. Over the past several days, I have been trying to find a way to make the driver work. All to no avail, unfortunately.
Fortunately, the rt2800pci driver in 2.6.35-rc1 kernel is working perfectly. Couple with the fact that 2.6.35-rc1 kernel appear to be working fine so far on my 901, I've decided to skip over 2.6.34 kernel and onto 2.6.35-rc1 kernel, at least until a stable kernel with a functioning wireless driver is release.
This also means that the kernel will from now on required linux-firmware package, which currently is in Testing repository, as a additional dependency, as rt2800pci driver required additional firmware file to function.
@roki100: Sorry, butI have no idea why that is the case. Could you check if vanilla kernel see all your RAM correctly?
