@Andy_Vetrov dracut-rebuild is in EOS to allow for a single command when using grub or systemd-boot.
If you are using this package, you can just use reinstall-kernels.

@Andy_vetrov, why do you want 1.13? I wasn't planning to release that version. It is a revert of a commit that I am planning to un-revert.

The best Dracut kernel hook so far. Do you mind reading the fallback kernel options not from /etc/kernel/cmdline, but from a separate file, like /etc/kernel/fb_cmdline? Users could normally boot with gui and silent gui, but without gui and verbose boot if the fallback kernel is necessary, simply by using two different kernel options.
