Please add

provides=("keyszer=${pkgver}") and
conflicts=("keyszer").

Also, the license identifier should be changed to be SPDX compliant:

keyszer-git E: GPL3 is not a valid SPDX license identifier. See https://spdx.org/licenses/ for valid identifiers, or prefix the identifier with 'LicenseRef-', if it is custom.

This needs python-build and python-installer instead of python-setuptools in makedepends.
