Tomorrow, the package will be updated to version 1.1.0, which supports localizations and includes a German translation (there are also plans for a French translation, others are possible). The PKGBUILD now also copies mo files with the translations to /usr/share/locale. If there is no need for these, remove the copy instructions from the PKGBUILD or, after the installation, the mo files from /usr/share/locale/{language}/LC_MESSAGES/kickshaw.mo. The mo files don't take much space, though. The new PKGBUILD has been tested locally to work properly, so I hope the changes won't cause problems.

It might take up to one day again until the updated files arrive at the mirrors.

Somehow the mirroring from Savannah seems to take longer than usual for some hosts. I've uploaded the new version 1.0.74 again anyway since I mistakingly forgot to purge the object files before creating the archive. I hope it is fine now. I think I will wait one day next time after uploading to Savannah so the mirrors will have the files.

1.0.74 is not in the upstream URL, so I put 1.0.73 in PKGBLD and it worked.

The files have not been transfered to the mirrors yet. It might take up to 24h. By calling savannah.gnu.org you are shown a mirror, not the actual site.

Hi damarcus, really thanks to you for your quick response and for your work.
At the moment the file of new version is not present on savannah.gnu.org

I've uploaded a new version that should fix the issue. If not please let me know.

As expected, a small change in the main include file seems to do the trick. New pango autocleanup functions seem to have been included by a newer GLib version, which I had created prior to this change myself. A 1.0.61 test version is compiling properly again. I just need to check which exact GLib version (2.70 or 2.68) introduced this, then I can do an upload.
Thanks for reporting!

I think this compilation error is because a newer GLib version has defined a macro that was missing before, but was defined by myself in the main include file. So we have a conflict now. If that is the case, this should be quite easy to fix. I am going to investigate this further; hopefully I can create a fixed version within the next day.
