I have published kikitan-translator-git with those suggestions and other fixes.

This package no longer builds, I have a few suggestions:

pkgver emits a - which is disallowed. since this package uses a git source, it should probably be using git describe anyway. (the pkgver used in wayvr-git package is a good example)
needs a way to skip the flatpak-builder target
kikitan-translator.desktop should exec /usr/bin/kikitan-translator instead of /usr/bin/kikitan
