I've wrote new PKGBUILD for KindleGen 2.9 at http://pastebin.com/PWBiPvwQ Replace old PKGBUILD to get latest version of KindleGen

v2.9 is out now. The new md5sum is '787e4205f6acfe92af9908913b49f34a'. Also, build() should probably be changed to package() for pacman>=4.1. The Amazon page now links to 'https://kindlegen.s3.amazonaws.com/kindlegen_linux_2.6_i386_v2_9.tar.gz', but the current source URL still works with the new version.

Updated to v2.8 and changed URL to HTTPS.
