Description my roccat lua isn't working anymore. Trying to do a modprobe roccat ends in exec format error. Since roccat is needed for the other modules i couldn't test any further.

@unknown78 "Broke the driver" is a very summarized description of the problem. What effects does that have?

unknown78 commented on 2013-06-29 22:39 (UTC)

Kernel Update today broke the driver. Even recompilation / redoing initcpio doesn't helped

Thanks! I've updated the package according to your changes.

Hi aaron Here [1] you will find a new version of the PKGBUILD that solves the file conflict problem I usually get into when upgrading this package. Instead of installing the modules into /lib/modules/$(uname -r)/extramodules (who in fact is a symlink), it install them into /usr/lib/modules/extramodules-3-9-ARCH. It also adds a dependency in linux>=3.9 && linux<3.10, so that a user knows that he must recompile a new version of this package when a "major" kernel release is done. This seems to be the way of working of the official packages (I inspired myself on vhba-module). [1] http://pastie.org/8086745 Regards.

0.9.0 with konepure support. Sorry for the long delay.

Please, add the "konepure" kernel module :)

I've created a package to auto-rebuild the roccat modules with DKMS in case anyone is interested. https://aur.archlinux.org/packages/roccat-dkms/

@crondog: You are absolutely right. I fixed it, thanks.
