@joemaro: The package builds and runs fine for me. That error suggests that you started to compile with boost-libs 1.63.0 (which is more than a year out of date at this point), and then updated boost since then. Have you tried recompiling from a clean slate?

It indeed did fix the building issues. Thank you very much!

But now after compiling, when running, it's looking for "libboost_thread.so.1.63.0" , (which i think is outdated) while it should only look for "libboost_thread.so"

knights: error while loading shared libraries: libboost_thread.so.1.63.0: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

@joemaro: It seems freetype-config was recently removed from freetype2 after having been deprecated for a decade. The new version (025-2) should fix the issue.

can't build, seems as if freetype-config doesn't exist? i have freetype2 version 2.9.1-1 installed but get this error:

/bin/sh: freetype-config: command not found

i suspect a mistake on knights dev side?
