Since kodi-git now points to Kodi 21 alpha, there is kodi-nexus-git that installs Kodi Nexus, but kodi-addon-inputstream-adaptive-git is tied to kodi-git creating a new problem -not working with kodi-nexus-git.

The issue remains, it specifically chooses kodi-dev instead of kodi-git-dev.
Thus creating a 19 version.

I installed kodi-git-dev and will try again.

as you can see your kodi-dev version is 19 not 20+
