Complete overhaul of the PKGBUILD Dependencies, Build and Install sections + Updated to the latest upstream version 0.2.4 . . .

The update works great! Just wondering why the cmake-extras package is needed. The upstream only explicitly stated extra-cmake-modules as a build dependency. Btw, the package is built successfully without it.

kconfig, kcoreaddons, kpackage, and kwidgetsaddons are now kconfig5, kcoreaddons5, kpackage5, and kwidgetsaddons5, respectively.
