makepkg now natively supports different sources for each architecture. Here is a patch: http://paste.awesom.eu/0cKN It will make it easier for you to update the checksums (makepkg -g will work correctly).

Sorry, didn't read the latest comments before I flagged out of date :) Komodo did show a promt to update to 9.1 right now though... strange.

komodoedit 9.1 isn't yet available for download. Ask them to release it first ;-)
