Updated to version 2.0, hopefully it works as expected.

I've also created a PKGBUILD for the latest v2 and i also made sure the wallpaper creator gets properly installed with its icon as well. Resources have been handled by performing the original `sed` from husam212, but on every source `.vala` file. For some reason the HeaderBar for the wallpaper creator won't be styled. https://pastebin.com/Ym6A1kb0

I have created a PKGBUILD for 2.0. https://pastebin.com/raw/58KC790L But to make the custom make wallpaper work on target folder, please open an issue to the upstream. Because the resource folder is hard coded.
