It's orphaned, but builds fine with latest KDE packages (as of today) kdelibs 4.14.38-1.

Thanks for the changes

In relation to my previous comment.... I found what's causing the problem. The root cause is that the plugins projects are copied directly to the main app directory. Plugins CMakeLists.txt need to be updated to reflect that they are no longer separate project. I changed the PKGBUILD and prepared a patch fixing all the CMakeLists.txt: PKGBUILD: https://ptpb.pw/kOaP kqrcode-plugins-cmake.patch: https://ptpb.pw/su_F

Build fails with error: CMake Error at /usr/share/apps/cmake/modules/FindKDE4Internal.cmake:1465 (add_custom_target): add_custom_target cannot create target "uninstall" because another target with the same name already exists. The existing target is a custom target created in source directory "/tmp/yaourt-tmp-m/aur-kqrcode/src/kqrcode-0.6.0/icons". See documentation for policy CMP0002 for more details. But I have no idea how to fix that.
