Hey

Yeah, the PDF problem seems to be with python2. If I run the .py script manually with python3 and python3.6 I haven't any issues. For some reason the module isn't linked (?) with python2. Would be great to change it somehow. Or to change Kraft to python3 but I don't know how...

KAddressBook can be run as Standalone. Not sure why it isn't possible to connect to it "Kraft Addressbook Integration down. The address book backend is not up and running. Please check your addressbook integration setup."

And I absolutly don't know what that is "I18N_ARGUMENT_MISSING"

I guess, it is a problem not only for KDE. It would be great if you can try it too.

Thanks

Hi,

1) Some dependencies were wrong: it needs python2-reportlab and python2-pypdf2 2) Does kaddressbook/kontact work standalone? 3) I assume this happens while composing a document?

To be honest I don't use neither KDE nor Kraft and for some reason my kaddressbook is broken, so I can't reproduce 2) and 3). Will try again this evening.

Thank for the updates!

Having some trouble under KDE.

PDF isn't working.

"/usr/share/kraft/tools/erml2pdf.py Traceback (most recent call last): File "/usr/share/kraft/tools/erml2pdf.py", line 42, in <module> import reportlab"</module>

KAddressBook intigration doesn't work.

And th I18N_ARGUMENT_MISSING Netto: + 19.0(I18N_ARGUMENT_MISSING)% Tax:

Any idea how to change it? I tried a few things but couldn't handle it.

@t-8ch it is working with the manual downloaded package but not with the one of the PKGBUILD. Maybe a sourceforge issue?

t-8ch commented on 2015-10-28 22:33 (UTC)

@tuxflo: Please try to remove the old source and download it again. For me everything works fine. Maybe your source archive was corrupt.

not able to install because of sha256sum. If I enter the correct one (or even SKIP) the installer quits with: : line 19: cd: /tmp/.../aur-kraft/src/kraft-0.59: No such file or directory

I have removed a workaround which I thought to be unnecessary due to my other error. I reported this 2.5 years ago. It is a python syntax change. By now the all distros should be using compatible versions of python, so reporting it again might be good. Readded the workaround for the time being (the sed invocation in the PKGBUILD)

can't print documents, seems like "erml2pdf.py" doesn't start, same issue is reported in the mailgroup, any idea? p.

seems some paths are a bit messed up, you have to edit the PKGBUILD to make it work - some places ${pkgname}-${pkgver} is missing ... thx still for doing this, p.

Thanks for reporting. I couldn't reproduce the bug with the locale when building under LC_ALL=C. I patched around the other bug and will it send upstream later.
