@ncoder-2 I fixed it. They bundled scripts with different examples of changing the backend for Slint and then zipped it together.
I don't include these .sh files in the package because if the user wants to use a different backend, they can write whatever they want in their own script or in a custom desktop launcher. Putting a bunch of .sh scripts in /usr/bin/ should be avoided.

With version 12.0.0-1, /usr/bin/krokiet is a zip file containing the actual binary, so it won't run anymore.

@maison I agree. I don't understand why the dev chose to feature freeze Czkawka and focus on Krokiet. The UI is terrible.
Czkawka has a great UI and looks good on any desktop. I think he needs to ditch Krokiet and improve Czkawka.

Hi, would you consider switching the source binary from linux_krokiet_heif_raw_skia_vulkan_x86_64 to linux_krokiet_heif_raw_all_backends_x86_64? The 11.0.1 release added all-backends variants that include every Slint rendering backend (femtovg, software, Skia, Vulkan) in a single binary. This lets users work around rendering issues at runtime by setting the SLINT_BACKEND environment variable — for example, issue #1791 required switching backends to fix font/alignment problems.

@flan_suse thanks, sure, this is just my case, We can set this aside for now and see if anyone else is also experiencing font issues.
