You can try to rebuild kImageAnnotator-git and kColorPicker-git. These are git version package and they don't need to be updated.

Getting this error message when pamac attempts to update the package. Seems an issue was logged at https://github.com/ksnip/ksnip/issues/260:

CMake Error at CMakeLists.txt:48 (find_package): Could not find a configuration file for package "kImageAnnotator" that is compatible with requested version "0.2.1".

The following configuration files were considered but not accepted:
