Please add conflicts=(ksvg) and provides=(ksvg) to the PKGBUILD to properly flag that it provides an alternative to the ksvg plackage.
Additionally, the .SRCINFO is broken. It points to https://invent.kde.org/framework/ksvg.git instead of https://invent.kde.org/frameworks/ksvg.git
If you could regenerate it that would be fantastic :)
