@lubeab kubeadm is part of kubernetes (https://github.com/kubernetes/kubernetes) and this PKGBUILD clones the repository to build the latest available version. You can create your own PKGBUILD to build kubeadm based on release versions (e.g. https://github.com/kubernetes/kubernetes/archive/v1.6.1.tar.gz) to reduce bandwidth usage or use the kubernetes PKGBUILD (https://aur.archlinux.org/packages/kubernetes/) which also contains kubeadm based on latest stable kubernetes version.

trying to install it, seems to be heading to ~750MB git clone from `aur.archlinux.org/kubeadm-git.git` this is extreme, anyone know a way to make a shallowclone for aur packages?
