kcmutilslibepoxykwin-x11, I don't know what's best course of action in regard tokwin-x11since the split.Edit: license is

I don't think having this inside the package is a good idea. You can use something more general like rebuild-detector.

What about a pacman hook to rebuild the package when kwin updates?
