@kearneyBack , I should attach solution here, I have reported this problems on Manjaro forum and AUR.

cd /usr/lib
sudo ln -s libpcap.so.1 libpcap.so.0.8
lantern

Abd it seems that the version is updated.

无法启动，我做了个临时解决办法，不知道大家有遇到过这个问题吗？还是只是我这个依赖库版本太新了

$ lantern

/usr/lib/lantern/lantern-binary: 成功
/home/kearney/.lantern/bin/lantern: error while loading shared libraries: libpcap.so.0.8: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory
$ cd /usr/lib
$ sudo ln -s libpcap.so.1.10.1 libpcap.so.0.8
