Updated package to version 3.13. Hopefully library problems are fixed.

Tried updating to version 3.13. Diamond works, but Synplify Pro fails with error:

/usr/local/diamond/3.13/synpbase/linux_a_64/mbin/synbatch: /usr/local/diamond/3.13/synpbase/linux_a_64/lib/libstdc++.so.6: version `GLIBCXX_3.4.30' not found (required by /usr/lib/libicuuc.so.73)

I will have a look at it when I have another slot.

upx compression option has been recently removed from makepkg. I have removed it from the PKGBUILD, it should work now.

Fails building because of unknown option '!upx'

==> Building and installing package
==> ERROR: options array contains unknown option '!upx'
==> ERROR: Makepkg was unable to build lattice-diamond.
==> Restart building lattice-diamond ? [y/N]
==> ----------------------------------------

First result on google is this https://github.com/yan12125/aur/issues/20 Looks like the '!upx' option was removed from pacman
